How Does Massit Manage Deliveries?

Once your order is processed, our team thoroughly inspects the products to ensure they're in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, your items are securely packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. If there are any issues—such as difficulty reaching your address—the delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

How Are Products Packaged?

All Massit products are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes. Fragile items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with added layers of protection to ensure they reach you safely and intact.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the courier service name. You can track your package online 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse. Some of our reliable courier partners include:

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In some cases, products sourced directly from the brand may take slightly longer to ensure they are fresh and non-expired.

Will My Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?

Yes, this is possible. If your order includes items shipped from different warehouses, you may receive multiple deliveries.

Are There Any Delivery Charges?

No, Massit offers free shipping across India on all orders above Rs. 399.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, regional restrictions, or high-demand sale periods. We'll keep you updated by email or SMS if your order is delayed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery pin code. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship at no extra cost. Cash-on-delivery orders may carry a small additional handling fee, shown before you confirm the order.

Packaging & Bulk Items

Protein tubs, gainers, and multi-item orders are shipped in tamper-evident, cushioned packaging to protect against transit damage. Large tubs (such as 4kg+ gainers) may ship in reinforced boxes and can occasionally arrive in more than one shipment — each part will be tracked separately.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also check your order status anytime under My Orders in your Massit account.

Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details. Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning a shipment to us as undelivered (RTO). If your order is returned as undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve an additional delivery charge.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and video. This helps us process a replacement or refund quickly and is required for courier claims.

Report any missing items from your order within the same 48-hour window so we can investigate with our warehouse and courier partner.

Restricted Locations

We currently ship across serviceable pin codes in India. A small number of remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners — you'll be notified at checkout if your pin code cannot be delivered to. We do not ship internationally at this time.
