Returns Policy
At Massit, we strive to give you complete peace of mind with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:
Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
Cancellation Policy
If your order (or any item within it) has not yet been dispatched, you are eligible to cancel it. To cancel an order:
Go to My Account > My Orders
Select ‘Cancel’ for the relevant item/order
You will receive a notification confirming the cancellation status within 30 minutes
For Prepaid Orders:
The refund will be processed and credited back to your bank account within 24–48 business hours, depending on your bank’s policies.
If the order has already been dispatched or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you refuse delivery, the refund will be issued after the product is returned to our warehouse.

Because supplements are consumable products, our return window is narrower than a typical retailer's — here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how refunds are processed.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched, from My Orders in your account or by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to refuse delivery or initiate a return instead, subject to the eligibility below.
What's Eligible for Return
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery when the product is:
- Unopened, with the manufacturer's seal and safety tab fully intact;
- In its original packaging, with all tags, inserts, and freebies included;
- Found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
What's Not Eligible
For hygiene and safety reasons — standard practice for consumable dietary supplements — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product once opened, used, or with a broken safety seal, except where the product itself was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
We also cannot accept returns based on personal preference (such as disliking a flavour) once the seal has been broken, or for items purchased during clearance/final-sale promotions where this is stated at checkout.
How to Request a Return
Go to My Orders, select the relevant order, and choose Request Return — or contact our support team with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or ask you to ship the item back.
Refund Timelines & Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank or card processing times beyond this are outside our control. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
Wrong, Damaged, or Expired Items
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged package, or an item nearing/past its expiry date, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — report it within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and an unboxing video where possible.
COD & Prepaid Order Handling
Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery orders may result in COD being disabled for your account, and future orders may require prepayment. This helps us keep the option available and reliable for everyone.
