At Massit, we strive to give you complete peace of mind with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In its original packaging

If your order (or any item within it) has not yet been dispatched, you are eligible to cancel it. To cancel an order:

• Go to My Account > My Orders

• Select ‘Cancel’ for the relevant item/order

• You will receive a notification confirming the cancellation status within 30 minutes

For Prepaid Orders:

• The refund will be processed and credited back to your bank account within 24–48 business hours, depending on your bank’s policies.

• If the order has already been dispatched or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.

• If you refuse delivery, the refund will be issued after the product is returned to our warehouse.
